Laura is the driving force behind our creative initiatives. Her enthusiasm for event production and design is immediately recognized by clients as she works closely with SO Events’ producers to ensure that the client’s vision is delivered. Laura is passionate about every task she manages whether it is dreaming up the next big event concept or producing an event, her importance to detail and can-do attitude makes her an incredible asset to the team.


SO Events can be considered Bill’s second home. Growing within the company, Bill now specializes in using his experience to produce large scale and production-laden events offering his detailed eye from invite to strike. Handling multifaceted productions, budgets and schedules are a challenge that Bill greets with open eyes and eager hands to delve into to create new, dynamic and efficient results exceeding clients’ expectations.

Denise DeQuevedo

Denise makes a list, checks it twice, and is onto the next list before most people have even begun.  Her patient disposition and razor sharp organizational skills makes certain that our events will be executed creatively and flawlessly. Denise has the ability to guide a situation with grace and gives personalized attention during each step of the planning process. With over 10 years of event planning experience she has mastered the true concept of client service.

Tabitha Donegan

Tabitha doesn’t miss a beat. Her attention to detail and her ability to organize a check list in a very efficient manner (while winning a handwriting contest) is impressive.  After 12 years of event production experience, she has earned the title of “Production Timeline Guru”.  This skill set combined with her outgoing and friendly personality has given her the ability to create some of the strongest relationships with the top tier vendors.

Douglas Woodbury

Doug is a hands-on kind of guy who puts 100% of his energy into the job. He’s focused and makes things happen even in the most demanding situations and short turnaround. If there is a challenge, Doug always has the solution. What makes Doug truly special is that he does it all in a fun-loving relaxed way! His energy lifts team spirits and enables everyone to work together to achieve incredible results.

Julie Flores

Julie is a critical part of our production team although many times she stays behind the scenes. She keeps everyone in the office on track and is willing to do whatever and wherever as long as it results in a successful event and happy client. There is no task too big or small that she will not conquer with enthusiasm. She is the friendly voice that greets all our callers and ensures that requests are efficiently handled.

Javier Flores

Javier is SO Events’ secret weapon – everyone loves him, and he can strike up a conversation with anyone! Which is why he is the perfect team member to head up business development.  When he isn’t knee deep in production with the rest of the team, he is the quiet captain guiding our ship. His positive attitude is always encouraging to his colleagues and the relationships he builds with vendors ensures that they will always go that extra step for us. Clients trust that if he says they will be taken care of, they have nothing to worry about.

Lissette Agustini

One of the most vital team members, Lissette makes sure our books and budgets stay balanced!  If you are off a penny, she will find it. Often heard making funny accounting comments out loud, snacking on a huge bowl of grains and salad, and dressed to impress – the accounting office at SO Events becomes her zone.
