It is finally here! The LA Opera Season Opening Gala is today and we have been busy installing all-week. LA Opera is kicking off its 25th anniversary season today with the world premiere production of Daniel Catan’s “Il Postino”, starring Placido Domingo. Our inspiration for the gala derives from Pablo Neruda’s poetry and the Mediterranean fishing village in which Il Postino takes place. Here is a behind-the-scenes look!
